Wommel Live: Fake Indians en Ganos Lal (NL)

Wommel Live presents:

- Fake Indians: A noisy bedroom solo project mutated into a two guitars, bass & drums live affair, blasting out songs inspired by music from an era when wild and unpolished sounds ruled our freak scene and indie was still punk.

- Ganos Lal is a four-piece Psychedelic Stonerdoom band from Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. The band initially started as Dennis his solo-project that saw the release of a first EP album called 'One Place And Another'.
After joining up with Marc, Emiel and Rutger, Ganos Lal became an active band in the northern regions of the Netherlands and continues to write new material with references to the occult and pop culture like 'Twin Peaks'.
Groovy heavy riffs and distorted vocals make their music and show bare a resemblance to bands like Kyuss, Monolord, Sleep, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard and Truckfighters, finished off with a nod towards Rage Against The Machine.
Along with successful shows at Eurosonic/Noorderslag 2019, Bevrijdingsfestival Friesland 2019 and Fries Straatfestival 2019, Ganos Lal has played on multiple stages in the north and now aims to conquer the rest of The Netherlands.
Ganos Lal released their well-received first single as a band, called 'Once Upon a Time in the Desert' in May 2019, which 3voor12 named 'one of the best doom songs released in the north in a long time'.
The name Ganos Lal means Morgan le Faye in a fictional language. Morgan le Faye is best described as a 'Battle-Witch' from the story of King Arthur.
